Oil company CNPC (China) plans to invest US$ 4,400 million in the development of the 58th gas lot in Cusco
The Asian oil company China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) presented the detailed environmental impact study for the development project of the 58th gas lot (Cusco), which investment is estimated at US$ 4,400 million. The environmental study, presented at the end of December 2017, foresees works for the extension of locations and the drilling of 10 development wells from which gas and condensates will be extracted.
The permits and licenses of the project have a budget of US$ 216 million, while the construction, drilling and production of the same will have an investment of US$ 1,717 million. Additionally, the operation stage will require an investment of US$ 2,400 million, also involving a cost of abandonment for the wells deposit of US$ 70 million.
Shapoorji Pallonji and Corporación Zolla will sign an agreement for the development of a real estate project in southern Lima, which will require an investment of US$ 1,700 million
Corporación Zolla is structuring the execution of a mega real estate project called "Nueva Lima", which will be located south of the Peruvian capital (at kilometer 120 of the Panamericana Sur Highway). This project, to date, is estimated to require an investment of US$ 1,700 million.
The required investment will be disbursed by both local investors and foreigners, and the start of the construction of the project is expected soon. For this, the Zolla Corporation informed that it is close to execute an agreement with Shapoorji Pallonji Group, an Indian conglomerate with real estate and construction businesses.
Thus, the local company expects that during 2018 the first phase of construction will begin, which will require an investment of US$ 50 million over an area of 700 hectares out of the 10 thousand that the total area of the project implies.
