Ex-associates of Odebecht could pay a civil compensation to the Peruvian State

Ad Hoc Prosecutor's Office requested to the Judicial Authority for ex-associates of Odebrecht will be incorporated as civil third parties responsible for Interoceánica Sur investigation, section 2. As a consequence, the State's defense has just requested the amount of US$ 182 million as a concept of civil repair.

MONDAY 22

WEDNESDAY 16

TUESDAY 17

  • The Ministry of Economy and Finance takes over the unlocking of 18 projects for US$ 24,980 million, among these projects, are Línea 2 del Metro de Lima y el ramal de la línea 4, the expansion of Jorge Chávez airport, the northern port terminal of Callao, among others.

  • Take up the construction of the South Peru Gas Pipeline, which has an investment of 7,328 million dollars, will depend that the Government approves a new project design.
