We advise the state and concessionaires in the execution of infrastructure projects with special emphasis on expropriation procedures.
We accompany our clients in the remediation of the property carrying out procedures of independence, accumulation, area rectification, change of zoning, urban qualification license and building license, road impact studies, environmental impact studies, among others.
Investment projects in rural lands:
We carry out complex and highly specialized property diagnoses in rustic areas, to identify the owner and all the limitations that the property of interest may have.
We size the risks that may exist for our client´s investment. Ahead of the client’s needs, we identify optimum soil for the execution of specific projects.
We have special experience in land purchase processes for mining, hydrocarbons, agro-industrial projects, among others. We have a multidisciplinary team: Engineers, Architects, Community Lobbyists and Sociologists; which allows us to provide a comprehensive service, that addresses complex and massive land purchase processes and that responds to any need or urgency.
We advise our clients in processes of acquisition of property or other superficial rights before the National Superintendence of State Assets (SBN) or other public entities. We also carry out sectoral servitude procedures for mining, energy and hydrocarbons investment projects.
