Experience

He has significant experience in designing schemes of employment of personnel, remuneration planning, systems of working day and working hours, termination of employment relationship, compliance with occupational health and safety obligations, among other matters.  He also provides advice on collective bargaining and collective bargaining arbitrations.

 

In the academic arena, he is professor of the Special Labor and Employment Law in the Law School at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has written several specialized articles and is author of “El Derecho a la Intimidad en la Vigilancia de la Salud de los Trabajadores” (The Right to Privacy in the Workers’ Health Surveillance). He frequently participates in academic conferences and events.
