Experience

He has extensive experience in the development of real estate projects, as well as in the legal titling of public and private, rustic and urban properties, and in the procedures of urban authorizations, separations, subdivisions, accumulations, conformity of works, drafting of internal regulations of horizontal property, declassification and transfer of common areas, and on acts of disposition of land of Rural Communities.

 

Before joining the Firm, Enrique worked in the public sector: Real Estate Management of the Public Registries, Registry Court – Lima Branch, (SUNARP), and in the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, General Direction of Programs and Projects in Housing and Urbanism. In the private sector, he has participated as a legal advisor in the analysis, negotiation and acquisition of land, and led land titling processes for real estate projects.
