Ervin is senior associate of the Conflict Resolution Area and head of the Study Office in the city of Cajamarca, specializing in Civil Procedural Law, Civil Property Law, Constitutional Law, Constitutional Procedural Law and Labor Procedural Law.
He has significant experience in the elaboration of procedural strategies, as well as sponsorship in civil, constitutional, labor and administrative processes.
Before joining Rubio Leguía Normand, Ervin worked in the Legal Management of the Commission for the Formalization of Informal Property (COFOPRI). During his stay at the institution, he prepared and presented an investigation regarding the origin of the judicial proceedings aimed at questioning the property titles issued by COFOPRI.
In the academic field, Ervin was a teaching Assistant of the Labor Law course at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad de Católica del Perú in 1993. He is currently a professor of the courses of Royal Rights and Civil Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Privada del Norte (UPN) of the city of Cajamarca. In the year 2017, he was the legal act chair. He has participated as a lecturer and / or guest speaker at events organized and / or sponsored by the Private University of the North (UPN), the National University of Cajamarca (UNC) and the Bar Association of Cajamarca
