• Grupo Patio de Chile, specialized in real estate rentals, acquired from Larrain Vial-Colliers II Real Estate Investment Fund, managed by Larrain Vial, a premium office building under construction located in San Isidro for US$ 46 million.
• After suspending activities due to the covid-19 pandemic, Canadian mining company Regulus Resources announced that the central storage office has been working to prepare for the resumption of the Phase 2 drilling program at the Antakori copper-gold project (Cajamarca).
• The Ministry of Housing and Construction approved the inclusion of Centenario Renta Inmobiliaria S.A.C. in the special early recovery regime of the IGV for the development of the project “Edificio de Oficina Real 12”. In exchange, the company committed to invest US$ 57.28 excluding IGV.
• Lindley Corporation agreed to a S/ 490 million financing in order to refinance its financial liabilities.

• In order to raise C$12.5 million, Aftermath Silver announced an unbrokered private placement of up to 19,250,000 common shares at C$0.65 per share.
• The investment company IG4 Capital informed that it has confirmed the agreement, now binding, with a group of shareholders of Graña y Montero S.A.A., which will serve as the basis for launching a Public Offer of Acquisition of Shares (OPA).

• After the approval of the technical documentation, the National Port Authority (APN) granted IQ Martrade the temporary port technical feasibility of the San Juan de Morcona Private Multipurpose Port Terminal project, in Nasca (Ica).
• ISA Group of Colombia acquired Orazul Energy Group, owner of Etenorte and Eteselva, which operate six transmission lines with a total of 746 km of circuit in Ancash, Cajamarca, Huánuco, Lambayeque and Ucayali.

• The Colombian group ISA announced that it closed the purchase of the energy transporter Orazul Energy Group owns Etenorte and Eteselva, companies that operate 6 transmission lines with a total of 746 km.
